Obesity is a serious problem in the United States, and carrying around extra weight can put you at a higher risk for many conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes. Thus, beginning a weight loss plan can have a very positive impact on your life. But many weight loss plans, such as ketogenic plans, may involve radically different foods and lifestyle considerations than those to which you are accustomed.
